Mobile Health Clinic

CSI’s fleet of mobile wellness vehicles can be deployed to employer and retail sites for open enrollment, health related triage, special events, biometric gathering, sponsorships & promotional purposes, and mass dissemination of health risk data. Mobile Health Clinic vehicles are equipped with model 9K Medical Kiosks that perform biometric capture, create HIPAA compliant personal health record systems, and allow for patient consultation. CSI Mobile Health Clinics can be customized to the preference of a client on a longer term engagement. CSI can staff third party administrators and certified clinicians (RNs, NPs, PAs) to oversee onsite enrollment and screenings.

Personal Health Record Enrollment and Assessment

CSI's mobile enrollment trailers are capable of regsitering several hundred individuals per day in the personal health record system. With the assistance of CSI's mobile staff, employees create their personal health record system and receive training on the many features of the 9K M Kiosk. Personal health information and baseline health metrics are securely mapped to the individual's HIPAA compliant personal health record system. The personal health record system allows for secure storage, management and sharing of lifelong personal health information electronically — when, where and with whom is determined by the owner of the Personal Health Record.

Professionally Administered Workflow

It's beneficial to have an outside, third party assist with employee personal health record creation. Employees must have confidence that their personal health history is protected. Only an outside third party can give employees the assurance that their health information privacy is secure. CSI's knowledgable staff is trained on every feature of CSI health stations and medical kiosks, and will make certain your employees are familiar with equipment operation and all of its key features and health tools.
