Mobile Wellness Clinic

CSI’s fleet of mobile health and wellness clinics offer the ultimate in Telemedicine solutions and can be deployed to employer and retail sites for open enrollment, health related triage, special events, biometric gathering, and sponsorship and promotional purposes. The CSI mobile health and wellness clinics are equipped with CSI Model 9K Telemedicine Kiosks that perform biometrics, capture data, create HIPAA-compliant Electronic Medical Records, and allow for physician consultations. The CSI mobile health and wellness clinics can also be completely customized.

Screenings and Billable Encounters

Billable For procedures, tests or professional consultations originating inside the CSI Health System Kiosk, CSI collects the encounter or procedure data and processes a claims submission through an EDI clearinghouse or other preferred method of billing. Reporting tools and metrics are offered for all submitted claims. Data can be manually entered for encounters conducted outside of the Health System’s embedded services.

Eligability

Eligibility

CSI conducts 270/271 eligibility checks from a client list or through a known payor EDI clearinghouse. The user interface offers layers of security including username/password, photo ID webcam, 4 digit PIN, mag stripe card reader, electronic signature pad, or optional fingerprint scan device, all of which integrate with real-time eligibility processes.

Reporting

CSI’s Wellness Platform provides capabilities to inform individuals at risk for specific disease onset with evidence based assessments and tools for early detection, quantifiable data, measurable outcomes, regimen efficacy, and patient compliance enhancing personal engagement toward healthier lifestyles.

Wellness, Compliance and data

Wellness, Compliance, and Data are the three most important factors for building a culture of wellness and establishing ways to maintain health and well-being.

CSI can help create a unique program to help individuals with tools they can believe in, easily adapt to their lifestyle, and ensure they comply with everything necessary to control and maintain their health.

By building a culture of wellness not only in daily life, but also in the workplace the positive impact will improve health and increased productivity. Health Plans – Small & Large Groups

To meet the requirements of the Affordable Care Act, wellness programs are being implemented by large and small companies, and corporations are finding that it is more cost-effective to invest in preventive health through awareness, education, and health risk appraisals rather than spending resources on employees and dependents who are responsible for high-cost claims.

Health System Provider Network

CSI can assist with a Health System Provider Network offering a group of doctors, specialists and provider facilities, such as urgent care centers and hospitals, to help keep overall costs down by negotiating fees and services with members of the Health System Provider Network. Insurance companies we work with have providers in their network that agree on services and fees so insurance companies are able to offer health insurance at a reasonable rate. This helps keep premiums down for employees who participate in the employer’s managed health care plan.
